Sharjah Capability Development (Tatweer) is launching the fourth edition of Wathba, a national program for creating influential leaders, starting in January 2025.

The program, which includes a six-month learning experience in Sharjah and Paris, aims to develop strategic leadership skills such as persuasion, negotiation, data analysis, and entrepreneurship. Participants will also participate in a Strategic Leadership Masterclass at INSEAD Business School in Paris. The program also promotes mental and physical well-being through recreational activities and workshops.
